Overview
Returns and Exchanges:
- We may accept returns and exchanges of item(s) within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and labels attached.
- Items must first be returned to the place of purchase.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt (of which must be the original copy), has to be submitted before any return or exchange is considered
- Returns and exchanges are subject to approval by our customer service team.
- Edwin D. Layne and Sons Ltd. Will not be held responsible for lost or stolen invoice(s).
- The process of investigating any return and/or exchange claim may take up to or more than 2-3 business working days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment where applicable.
- Suggested: Under certain circumstances a refund will be issued in the form of a Credit Note (which must be utilized within 60 days).
- Credit Note(s) are redeemable at any of our EDL Department Store(s).
- Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process and appear in your account.
- Delivery and other forms of service fees are not refundable.
Sale items
Final Sale Items:
- Certain items, such as clearance or sale items, may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a refund or exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
