Store Collection Guidelines
Thank you for shopping with us! Please follow the steps below for a smooth and convenient collection experience.
How Store Collection Works
1. Browse & Shop
Browse our website and add your desired items to your shopping cart.
2. Select Your Collection Location
During checkout, choose the store where you would like to collect your order.
3. Choose Your Payment Method
Select one of the following payment options:
- Credit/Debit Card (PowerTranz)
Pay securely online using your credit or debit card. - Order and Pay at Store
Complete your order online and pay when you collect your items at the selected store. Please present your order number to the cashier upon arrival.
4. Receive Your Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your unique order number.
5. Track Your Order
You will receive email notifications as your order progresses through the following stages:
- Order Received
- Processing
- Ready for Collection (Order Completed)
6. Collect Your Order
Visit the store when you receive the “Order Completed” email notification. Your order is ready for collection at your selected location.
When collecting your order, please have the following available:
- Your order number (required)
- A valid photo ID (recommended)
- Payment method, if you selected Order and Pay at Store
Our team will verify your order and hand over your items as quickly as possible.
Important Information
- Orders can only be collected from the location selected during checkout.
- You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
- If someone is collecting on your behalf, they should present the order number and be prepared to provide identification if requested.
- If you have any questions about your order, please get in touch with us and have your order number ready.
