Description
Cypress Tongue and Groove refers to cypress wood that has been milled with a tongue and groove profile. This profile consists of one edge of the board having a “tongue” (a protruding ridge) and the opposite edge having a corresponding “groove” (a recessed slot). When these boards are installed, the tongue of one board fits snugly into the groove of the next, creating a secure, tight-fitting joint that results in a smooth, seamless surface. Cypress is a durable, naturally rot-resistant softwood known for its appealing grain pattern and rich colour variations. It typically has a light to medium brown colour with occasional reddish hues. With the functional, easy-to-install tongue and groove design, it’s perfect for paneling, siding, flooring, decks, siding, and other woodworking projects.
